Hope to see you all this week as we begin Late Autumn Intersession Classes, travelling into the darkest days of the year, and preparing for the days of increasing light!

Mondays: 5:15 Beginners and 7pm Intermediates: November 28th, December 5th, 12th

Tuesdays: 9:45 am Mixed Levels: November 29th, December 6th, 13th

Wednesdays: 5:15pm Beginners and 7 pm Intermediates: November 30th, December 7th, 14th

Thursdays: Noon December 1, 8th, and 15th

December 19th: 6 to 8PM Winter Solstice Candlelight Restoratives in Bellingham at 8Petals Studio

December 21st: 5:00 to 7:00pm Winter Candlelight Restoratives and Pranayama at Turtle Haven Sanctuary (call or email to see if space is still available)

Single Class:$15, two for $25 and three for $33

Add a winter solstice restorative class for $15 additional tuition, if you sign up for at least two regular classes; Solstice Restoratives $20 without additional minimum of 2 regular classes

Candlelight Solstice Classes

The Turtle Haven December 21st Candlelight Solstice class is getting close to full, so if that is the class you would like to attend, please send your check as soon as possible, and an email to save your place! There is still room in classes for intersession, and in the Monday evening 8Petals Solstice class. I look forward to seeing you many of you before the winter holidays…. Happy Thanksgiving!

Next week, November 14th is the last week of the Fall Quarter so be sure to get any last make-up lessons in. Elizabeth will be teaching Restorative Yoga in all classes.

There is a one week break for everyone to enjoy Thanksgiving.

The next week Late Autumn Intersession Classes begin, starting November 28th and running for three weeks.

The following week is the week of Winter Solstice when Elizabeth will teach two special Candlelight Restoratives classes, one at 8 Petals and one at Turtle Haven, details here.

Continue your practice as you travel the days into the darkest days of the year, and prepare for the days of increasing light, or begin anew if you have not been practicing or taking class!

Join us for the third in a series of 3 Vedic chant sessions. Using movement, breath and simple Vedic chants we will explore and improve the quality and ease of the voice and develop the whole body’s ability to produce sound and vibration.  This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced chanters alike. All chants will we be presented in easy-to-repeat format, and transliterations of longer chants will be provided. This is a non-performance class intended to help all students improve and enjoy at their own skill level.
